Johanna M. Dolan, B. Msc.
Before Johanna Dolan started empowering people and sharing the joys of being badass she had her share of obstacles to overcome and lessons to learn. From being the gay daughter of a Pentecostal preacher to seeking sobriety at age 20 to surviving cancer Johanna is proof that anyone can walk through fire and become the biggest, boldest, most badass version of themselves.
Today, Johanna is a spiritual counselor, peak performance adviser, professional development trainer, and strategic intervention coach. Johanna is a Community Projects Community Leader, contracted member of Ashley Addiction Treatment’s clinical team, and columnist at Baltimore Outloud. Johanna’s passion and mission is to encourage others to awaken to the highest version of themselves and put into action the tools, principles, and strategies that raise people up from lives of mediocrity and failure to living life beyond their wildest dreams.
Johanna is a graduate of Robbins-Madanes Training, the Center for Strategic Intervention, and CCAR's Recovery Coach Academy. She completed her primary coach training in Strategic Intervention under her teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysha. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Johanna received the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce's Emerging Leader of The Year 2019.
